Additional costs to item price：

When you choose "bank transfer" for your payment, a transfer fee may be borne by the customer.
Shipping fee is 300Rs (India) and 1,000Rs (Overseas).
Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your area.
If your purchase is over 15,000Rs in total, items are delivered with free shipping.

Payment method and payment period：

Within one week of your oder date.
If payment is not confirmed within one week of the order date, your order will be cancelled.

Delivery time：

We will send your item within 3-5 days after your payment is confirmed (excluding national holidays and our holidays notified in advance).
Please note that each item has different lead-time.

Delivery method：

Returns, Defective products and cancellations：

Please check that all the items you ordered are delivered, when you receive them.
In case you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at our expense.
Please not that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the items.

Regarding accidents occurred during delivery：

When claiming compensation from the shipping company, you will need photos to prove the accident. So, if there is any damage or staining, please take photos of the outer box. Also, in this case, please do not dispose the outer box, but keep it.
Please be aware that if you cannot prove that the accident occurred during delivery with photos etc, you may not be able to claim from the deliver company.

Within 10 days of receiving the items.
